Notes for Authors

 

In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings, at least one of the authors of each paper must register latest by June-29-2009,

• Your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the SMC 2009 paper template
  Click here to download the template for SMC 2009  (Adopted from SMC 2008 template).
  Please download IEEE Xplore Distiller Settings and refer to the PDF Specification for guidance on how to make your PDF file IEEE Xplore?compatible.

• Your Final Manuscript must be VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore?compatible
  Click here to convert your Final Manuscript to an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file or check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance.
  (Use Conference ID :smc09x ) You can refer to the IEEE eXpress Instructions for assistance.

• Your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by June-29-2009
  To upload your IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file and your abstract in plain text, click on the Regular Session Papers link on the left Menu Bar.

• Your electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) is submitted latest by June-29-2009
  The electronic version of Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) can only be submitted to IEEE after receiving our notification informing you that you can submit your eCF.
