• Hotel Reservation:
  We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Regency. Room reservations should be made directly with this “Hyatt landing link” or using Group/Corporate number: G-SMCI from Hyatt website directly to receive conference reduced rate. (Conference rates are available from October 9, 2009 to October 15, 2009 only. If you have arrival and/or departure dates that are different, please call the hotel directly for availability and pricing.)
• Attention:
  If you book your room(s) through the hotel website or through a travel agency directly, please use “G-SMCI” (G dash SMCI) as the Group/Corporate # to receive the conference discount rate. The hotel room block may sell out before deadline, so book your room as early as possible.
• Hotel Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

Air and Ground Transportation

• San Antonio International Airport - The San Antonio airport is located approximately 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency San Antonio–Riverwalk hotel. For information, including ground transportation options, please see the airport's Web site.
• Shuttle - The Hyatt Regency San Antonio does not offer a shuttle service to/from the San Antonio International Airport. However, SATRANS Airport Express does offer service to the hotel. • Taxi - The cost is approximately $18.
• Parking - The Hyatt Regency San Antonio has valet and self parking. Self parking is located directly across the street at the Central Parking System garage for $21 plus tax, per night with in/out privileges. The current rate for valet parking is $25 plus tax, per night with in/out privileges. (These rates are subject to change without notice.)
