Hyatt Regency Riverwalk San Antonio, 123 Losaya Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205, USA

Booth Price: $1,000 per booth per day

The on-site booth set-up begins on Monday October 12 at 8:00 a.m.
Exhibits will remain on display until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14.
All Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Each Exhibitor will receive a complementary copy of Conference Proceedings

EXHIBIT BOOTH Details:
The booth area is 12 ft by 15 ft. The Exhibit booth registration fee includes two 6 ft long table with a cloth cover and 2 chairs, one 10 ft long electrical cable, and one 110 volts power strip for electrical connections. For a 220 volts power, add $65 per day.

If more power or other communication options are needed, CONTACT Albert Sun for additional Exhibitor Service Forms that include a complete list of options and price of additional items. Additional items will be added to the basic Booth fee listed above. Each exhibitor is responsible for contacting the Exhibits Chair to arrange for additional items as needed.

Exhibit area is limited to a maximum of 15 exhibitors.

The Exhibit booths will be reserved only after the receipt of completed forms and fees have been verified by acceptance of fee paid.

Include a completed Exhibitor Registration Form, and make a Company check or Money order payable to: 2009 IEEE SMC and mail it to:
